Individual counseling is 50 minutes. It is often referred to as talk therapy or personal therapy, involves a professional counselor or therapist working directly with a single client. In this type of counseling, we focus on the individual's personal concerns, challenges, and goals. I will provide a safe and confidential space for the client to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
During individual counseling sessions, we work collaboratively to identify and understand issues, develop coping strategies, set achievable goals, and work towards personal growth and healing. I lean towards an eclectic approach and may use various therapeutic approaches, techniques, and interventions tailored to the unique needs and preferences of the individual.
