Fees & Policies
Individual Therapy: $150 for a 50-minute session
EMDR Therapy: Sessions are offered in two formats to meet your needs
- $175 for 60-minute session - Ideal for ongoing EMDR work and integration.
- $225 for 90-min session - Recommended for deeper processing or intensive trauma-focused work.

Group Therapy: $50 for 90-minute group session

All sessions are private-pay. Superbills can be provided for potential out-of-network insurance reimbursement upon request.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
If less than 24 hours notice is given for canceling or rescheduling, 100% of the session fee will be charged.
